During non - promotion period, for a purchase of AED 10 from green category, members are entitled for 10 points, 12.5 points, 15 points and 17.50 points in standard tier, silver tier, gold tier and platinum tier respectively.

Instant redemption during bill settlement is also allowed, provided members should have AED 10 worth of wathiq points

Wathiq Loyalty Program: Enrollment & Registration
Want to become a member of the Wathiq Loyalty Program? Here’s how:
Visit any of our dedicated customer service centers at our stores to complete the enrollment and registration process in person.
Simply share your mobile number at any checkout counter, and you will receive an OTP along with a link to the registration site. Follow the link to complete the registration online.

Next Steps:
Once registered digitally, members will receive a unique Digital Wathiq membership card via SMS.
REGISTRATION:
Based on the information in the enrolment form, the customer details are registered at our Backoffice and accordingly an SMS will be sent to the customer’s registered mobile number to confirm the membership registration. Customer can download Wathiq rewards mobile application and upon login customer can be connected digitally in Wathiq rewards.

Wathiq points redemption is allowed only after the registration process is completed. The points can be redeemed instantly at the checkout counter, or in the form of fixed denomination voucher. For instant minimum redemption, members should have minimum 100 points. In the return bill, Wathiq points will be recorded as negative Wathiq points provided the customer has enough balance Wathiq points; otherwise equivalent Wathiq return points amount will be reduced from the bill.
Higher the Tier level member belongs, Extra Bonus Points will be provided based on Regular Earned Points (Basic Points). For Tier upgrade, only Regular Earned Points will be considered. Once the member achieve Regular Earned Points for next higher level Tier, the member will be upgraded immediately to the next Wathiq Tier. Tier benefits are valid for one year from the date of getting upgraded to a higher tier plan, and will be brought back to the lower tier if the minimum purchase requirement for that tier is not achieved within that one year period after upgrade. For upgraded members earlier issued physical cards will be continued and only in the mobile application card type get changed according to the tier status. Members can check their tier points balance at any time or for any other queries at all our participating outlets or by sending an e-mail with membership details from their registered e-mail to wathiqrewards@kmt-group.com
Every Wathiq points earned will be valid for one year from the date of transaction and after that Wathiq points will be automatically expired. There is no expiry for points earned during Platinum tier membership
- Wathiq points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to any other member’s account.
- Wathiq reward program have the right to make changes in the program mechanics or benefits to member with or without a prior notice.
- Wathiq reward program is valid only for residents of the United Arab Emirates and the applicant must be minimum 18 years old to apply for the membership.
- Wholesale, Digital codes, Shopping Vouchers, Utility payment services, Telephone and Toll gate card purchases are excluded from Wathiq rewards.
