EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

PROOF OF PURCHASE

i.e. purchase invoice is a Pre-requisite for any exchange / return, since the invoice number is to be incorporated in the Tax credit note.

  • General Items: Within 14 days from the date of purchase along with original invoice only.
  • Supermarket Items: Within 7 days from the date of purchase along with original invoice.
  • Special Offer Items: Within 3 days from the date of purchase along with original invoice.
  • Mobile Phones: Within 7 days from the date of purchase along with original invoice- through Authorized service centre, with their pre-approval. Replacement only after getting DOA from Authorized service centre.
ITEMS TO BE IN SALEABLE CONDITION:

Items without proper packing, Tags and other accessories will not be exchanged or refunded and items shall be in saleable condition. Manufacturer serial number should be intact and should not be tampered or altered.

NO RETURN AND EXCHANGE ON
  • Undergarments and lingerie.
  • Personal Grooming Products : Trimmers, Shavers, Epilators, Massager etc.
  • Audio / Video Accessories : CD, DVD, Video tapes, Play stations.
  • Electric / Electrical accessories : Batteries, Head phones, Party items & Stationery Items.
  • Customized Garments : Altered Garments / Apparels
  • Frozen, chilled & Fresh Foods.
  • Telephone cards / Telephone E-Vouchers / Salik cards
WARRANTY
  • Customer should check and satisfy themselves with the condition of the items purchased before leaving the shop.
  • Faulty items within warranty period will be dealt directly by the suppliers upon producing invoice. A Service memo will be issued in such cases.
  • Defective items with warranty will be repaired / serviced by the authorized dealer. NO EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT will be made.
  • Items broken will not be replaced.
  • Guarantee does not cover crockery items and breakage of any part of Household appliances due to any careless use will not be considered.
  • No cash refund for credit card payment.
  • No exchange and refund permitted for clearance offer products.
  • Final decision will be at the sole discretion of K.M. TRADING GROUP Management.
