Position: Staff Nurse Department: Medical & Surgical Ward Education: B.Sc Nursing / GNM with valid nursing registration Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience Key Responsibilities Provide safe and effective nursing care to medical and surgical patients. Monitor vital signs, patient condition, and treatment response. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist doctors during procedures and patient care. Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation. Follow infection control, patient safety, and NABH standards. Educate patients and relatives regarding treatment and discharge care. Respond promptly to emergencies and report changes in patient condition. Skills: Good clinical knowledge, communication, teamwork, patient-care skills, and ability to work in shifts.

STAFF NURSE - ICU

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients. Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythm, oxygen saturation and other parameters. Administer medications, IV fluids and infusions as prescribed. Assist doctors during procedures and emergency interventions. Maintain accurate nursing records and ICU documentation. Follow medication safety, infection control and NABH standards. Ensure proper functioning and availability of ICU equipment. Communicate patient condition and care updates during handover. Maintain patient safety, comfort, dignity and confidentiality.
